I have a background in engineering, accounting, purchasing, and production control. To sum me up I’ll say I’m an Artist, whom loves to work in the ultra violet light spectrum (BlackLight Art).

(Neil Jeffrey aka "NJ UV Artist") – Specializes in all forms of Ultra Violet Art, such as Paintings, Sculptures, various 2D / 3D Decorations, and Neon Water sculptures. He does all his own Graphic Design, utilizing Such Programs as AutoCAD and Photoshop CS4. As The Founder of NJ PRODUCTIONS and Later on UV PRODUCTIONS He has also put in countless hours as A Promoter.
